The potentially intriguing nature of this weekend’s Dambe Super Fight has gripped the ancient city of Kano State venue of the competition.

Top on the bill of the 7 fight contest is the eagerly anticipated heavyweight Grudge Match between Nigeria’s Dogon Cisco and Husain Al Mutairi of Saudi Arabia at the Kano Pillars Stadium in Sabon Gari.

According to the organisers of the combat sports showpiece, Dambe Warriors, there will be three championship flights, three promotion contests where fighters earn contracts into the league plus the Grudge Match.

In line with dictates of Dambe as an indigenous sports, some officials of Dambe Warriors, Chidi Ayina, Anthony Okeleke alongside some fighters paid a courtesy visit to the Palace of The Emir of Kano.

The Super Fight will take place on November 26.
